Fab Finds on the Interweb

Ok, so I didn't just stumble upon this, per se. I reconnected with my old BFF from high school, Ana, and she sent me a link to her fabulous etsy page. Low and behold: I saw an item that I believe many people in my new native of Portland, OR would absolutely love--the bike tool roll.

Cyanotype purse

I took the cyanotype I found last week and have turned it into a fabulous purse!

Cyanotypes!

It's been awhile since last I went down the alternative processes photography road, but I have recently been inspired to get back into it. Not only is it a great medium to use as far as creating unique images, but since I print primarily on fabrics it's a great way to make even more one of a kind sewing projects! I just ordered my chemistry today, but I found this little gem from my college days that you can whet your whistle with.
